ESTADIO PALACIO DUCÓ T-Shirt | For all Globo fans
In tribute to the Tomás Adolfo Ducó Stadium. Opened on November 11, 1949, and with a current capacity of 48,314 spectators, it is often called “Palacio Ducó” due to its distinctive architecture and structure.
This can be seen in its reinforced concrete structure and its iconic mast, located in the Houseman (formerly Miravé) section. Thanks to this, as noted on the left, it was declared a Historic and Structural Heritage Site of the City of Buenos Aires in 2007.
Another detail is the image of Bonavena, one of Argentina’s greatest boxers and a huge fan of the Globo. This refers to the statue of him that was placed in the stadium in 2003 in his honor.
