Exchange and Return Policy
Changes:
If you are not satisfied with our product(s) or the size was not the one indicated, you can make the change within 30 days of receiving the package. The garments must be in the same state in which they were dispatched: with their corresponding hanging tag, packaging and exchange ticket.
You can make the change by postal mail: write to us by Whatsapp or by Mail informing us of your CHANGE, your order number, the garment you wish to exchange and the new garment you wish to obtain. We will tell you what you have to do to send it. The shipping cost will be borne by the customer. Changes can be made for another size of the purchased product (at no extra cost) or for a new product.
In the event that there is a difference in money between the products: in favor of the customer, you can use it at the time to purchase another garment or request a refund of that amount. If the difference is in favor of the brand, the customer must pay it to obtain the new product.
In no case will refunds be made in cash. To avoid situations of changes due to sizes, all garments have a size table with their measurements in the product description, we ask you to take this into account when choosing them. Returns:
To make a return, you can go to our stadium in Villa Urquiza within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Bring the products you wish to return, in their original packaging, with the corresponding hanging tag and exchange ticket. We will take your data to later refund the money.
The money will be refunded to the customer in the manner requested, with the exception of purchases through MercadoPago, which will be refunded by that means. If you cannot come, we can make the return by postal mail: write to us by Whatsapp or via Mail, informing us of your RETURN, your order number, the garment you wish to return and the reason for the return. We will tell you what you have to do to send it. Once the company has the product or products with an exchange ticket, we will proceed with the refund of money.
